This is my first wordpress website and need experts feedback regarding drawback of this website and how to improve more.

So firstly, I think you should fix an errors (there are 16 errors at your website).
Talking about design it looks pretty good. However, you should add some colors because now it seems a bit blended.
Effects on texts also looks a bit out-of-date.

Another suggestion: wallpaper of limos would look way better if it would be full-width.

OK...here's some straight talk.
I'd ignore all the design-talk and SEO-speak for now.
Google Places and PPC will be your best friend - along with
your regular marketing.

The current site is all about You.
Make it all about your Customer.

If you're truly established and world class, then just tell folks what
kind of experience they can expect and give them a signup form for
reservations or more info....that and a big fat phone number

If you need to add credibility, do it "below the fold" in the form of testimonials.

There's no reason to brag on the home page and make visitors click around to
find what they need - price, reservations, faq, phone.

Make the phone number much much smaller and put it in the upper right hand corner with the contact us button under it. There are many nice plugin's for creating contact forms such as Contact Form 7 or Galaxy forms.

For SEO I use Wordpress SEO by Yoast.

Yes!, you are right even i made form using contact form 7 but client requirement is just to embed source code as they pay for them and they dont want an email from customers and beside that i made a CallBack option for customers.
