    I am selling my good quality web site. Site Niche about car reviews. Site getting daily about 1500 uv and making ~140$ monthly via adsense. Site pagerank 1. Site was getting daily 3000 UV before google image update and site was earning monthly 1000$ before google image updates. All site content unique all content paid articles.

    But the designs looks really good. I can offer $500 for this site.

    with the drop in revenue and traffic (I'm guessing you got hit with something by Google), I wouldn't pay over $100 for that site. I was going to just 301 redirect it to another one of my sites :)

    Good to see that you actually were able to squeeze some money out of it before it got hit :)
