How to find ips of impressions and clicks?

    Only google can do this.
    Although, it would be great to have more information about who clicks our ads.

    you can put addfreestats.com on your site and see who clicks your ads, they have great stats

    It will tell us which IP exactly click on the ad? or the Ip that viewed the page?

    You can also try AdLogger. It will tell youexactly what IP clicked on each ad.

    It will show you visitors Ip and visitors exit link, if the exit link was a click on the ad it will show which ad the visitor clicked

    I'm not sure what you mean by "exact stats". The only one who have know exactly what click you get paid for is Google. AdLogger, like any other script you put on your site will tell you who clicked on the ad box to leave your site. Whether or not these click actually get you money, on Google knows.
