    Your site set off my Avast Virus Alert for a malicious injection code. Avast rarely false alarms so i would suggest that you clean it up before Google realise and de-index the site.

    Why would dmoz like the name?

    Personally, i think the Op has stolen two popular names and joined them....i dont know why because he can never compete in the serps against either of them so apart from not ranking, he faces the very real issue of the site being closed down without notice.

    Without a doubt either party can shut him down as his reasons for yusing the name are so obvious. Anyway, Google doesnt have to take legal action, they can simply de-index the site and kill 99% of his traffic.
