Review on SleekTalk

Hey everyone, could I get your opinions on my forum?

Hi

Instead of the categories being laid out under tabs, could they be listed on one page with probably a description of the category next to it?

Also the website look doesn't invite me to contribute. Home page is the forum. How about if the homepage was a fun description with pictures of what the forum could offer? In other words, what IS Sleek Talk?

Thank you for your review on our site, as we're still awaiting our payment confirmation to go through for the board to get access to plugins and tools for customization, we actually plan to do a few things, first is that we're planning to implement a blog style layout to inform users of updates on the board, secondly, we're planning to include statistics on the forum page. Third of all, for all future statements, we ARE going to be swapping styles soon to a more suggestive grey and white background which looks pretty promising. Also, I'm working on finding a new style system for the forum page which will continue to use tabs, however, the tabs will be rows which are collapsible (I will throw your suggestion into play once we add this feature and have a description of each category at that point IF possible)

Thank you very much for the good luck, we've done our updates on our plugins and are doing light promotions throughout the internet while we prepare to launch two large events which will change SleekTalk's course.

 

Very attractive and easy to use, but it looks "pale." The tones of grey are so close together. Some more contrast would be really nice.

 

Hey, we just changed the primary background up a bit to a more eye friendly color, could you give a secondary opinion please?

There's nothing to it...it's just a forum with a simple theme.

 

You've probably visited it before or something, we don't have a simple theme, we have a fully customized theme, however, the forum is offline-kinda right now, GoDaddy's servers are messing up and we're in the process of repairing any damage done to the site.

 

Bump up, forum is back online and fully functional!
