No paypal for my country / Help needed

    I need to purchase 7 Euro worth of item that allows only Paypal, but my country is not listed in the Paypal.

    I need some one to pay for me, and I can pay them 10 Euro using my credit card like 2CO .

    Well i'm in the same boat I'm from Romania my country is not on paypall list oh well .... this is life ....
