How to increase website traffic!!!

Hi,

I am working on a website fro quite some time now. The keywords used for the website are ranking the website on the top pages of serp for Google, but the website traffic is stagnant and is not increasing. Could you guys please help me with the problem and share me the steps to increase the website traffic.
