I was just wondering what one has to do to get a pr 10.

Not many sites out there with a full 10.

Any expert seo advisors willing to comment.

    thx

Create one of the best damn sites out there that people will link to in their 10'000 of thousands. Even then, you cannot guarantee a PR 10 because some of the major sites in various niches tend to be at best a PR 7, a few an 8.

Design a piece of software or web plug-in that becomes very popular. Adobe is PR 10 because many sites link to them if they offer PDF files for download.

Macromedia was PR 10 before they where bought by Adobe because many sites linked to them for their Flash Player.

Spend over $250,000 on buying links. You might come close, other then that it's next to impossible. Even Yahoo and MSN only have a PR9 and look how big they are.

Depends on the type of site.

Your question is like asking "How much can I sell a 2 story house for????"

It could be $5000 in the middle of no where with crack heads in it or $10 million in a prime waterfront location.

Hunt down Bill Gates and make him shut down MSN. Google will certainly consider giving you an automatic 10.

    Thank You
