    I make good money with them, and have been for the last 3 months, but I took them down last night to test if I can get more page views. If they do indeed hurt my page views #'s they are gone...

    I have been blogged about adversal before some time, and honestly I think they are one of the best pop up networks (I have used many of those...)

    For the record I have been paied 3 times from them, allways in time(15th of next month).

    Adversal is a good network. The owner Kyle is on the forums here. They pay on time, but their ads are pretty cheap. Also, the full page pop ups annoy many users - forcing me to have to take them down. The money was good, but I probably would have made more without adversal thru adsense.

    Uhmm would you not consider paypopup a good alternative for adversal? I'm trying them out right now on my proxy. They do pay more for traffic than adversal does.

    Did your visitors find popUNDERS annoying as well? One thing I just noticed about paypopup is that they allow you to set how many times your visitors get smashed with popunders per session which is kinda nice. Adversal has no option like that, unless you use your own PHPadsnew thingy to control everything.

    You can prevent this with this simple way :

    if ( empty($_SESSION['adversal']) ){
     echo $adversalAd;
     $_SESSION['adversal'] = true;
    }

    PHP:
    BTW regarding paypopup, I would recommend you to stay away from them.

    Paypop stunk for me

    Adversal is working well and pop unders are less obtrusive than pop ups,

    Nopes .. I used them once < they paid on time > but also I heard about trojan thingy < resulting in loss of traffic for others > and also pop unders are better than pop ups . Good Luck , though ;) :)

    There have been a couple of people who have said you can disable trojans by unchecking the "ActiveX" option in their ads. I am trying that myself now.

    Nice trick, it could be further modified to release at a timer set to X seconds after first invocation. I really wish I knew how the adversal code itself works, the thing is its javascript so who really knows how much the above would affect popunder frequency.

    This link has a review of RightMedia and Adversal but no mention of paypopup.

    Went from average of 6.42 page views per user to over 14.50 page views per user when I stopped using adversal.
