How to delete moneybookers account? My brother made another account, but I think from one ip is allowed only 1 account. How do I delete the other?
I had the same issue except mine was that I forgot about a moneybookers account that I created a few years ago. When I created a new account with them and tried to connect my bank account to them, that is when I found out that I had another account. They told me that the bank account was already in use . I wrote to them and asked them to delete the old account and they said they do not delete the accounts, and for me just to go back to the original one. As long as you are creating the account with a different email address and a different bank account you should be fine. Just email them and tell them your situation and they will notate your account .
I had the same issue a while when my brother created another Moneybookers account with the same address. So I called Moneybookers regarding the issue and they told me "as long as you use different email, bank account and credit card, you are ok to use Moneybookers". One account limit is for one person not for one house
yes it's a personal account and is for one person. so you are your brother can have different accounts because both of you have different names, emails, bank accounts. me and my father has separate accounts. i got banned from mb because i exchanged money from moneybooker to paypal and they came to know. so they banned my account but my father account is still working and going fine.
I guess it's been changed since now in order to close account on Moneybookers, all you have to do is to log into the system, go to section "Email support" on left side of the page, click on Account/ Security and then choose "I would like to close my account"...

You Can Delete Your Moneybookers account by following ways:- Log in your account, then click on FAQ Menu at the top Right Side. Here On The left side menu you will find Email Support Menu, Then just click on "Account/Security" Tab, Here You will find an option for deleting your account.

So you can use new Skrill account with same bank account of old Skrill account (you've deteled)? Thanks
