    I'm looking to sell a website. Here are stats:

    Domain: webmagz [dot] net

    Traffic: 100-200 UV per day (Stats:http://statcounter.com/p8770243/summary/ )
    Traffic source: Mainly from Google.
    PageRank: 2
    Earnings: around $1 per day
    E-mail list: I have got 50 e-mails for a week, later I have stopped with collecting e-mails because e-mail marketing isn't for me haha
    Rankings for keywords: Very good, I'm ranking for some popular keywords like 4th position for "how to promote facebook page" and 1st on page for "ideas how to promote facebook page" (here: http://i.imgur.com/VQ72bL6.png ) I'm also ranking for some other keywords related to webmin, youtube, google plus, search engine optimization, panda updates, google alerts
    Number of posts: 53
    Quality of content: Excellent, 100% unique (should I even mention that?), written by me in friendly style.
    Link building strategy I have used to promote the website: None, all backlinks are absolutely natural, except that I have made a few backlinks on Facebook and 1-2 forum posts. Therefore, the website only gets more and more traffic after every Google update. I can also prove all incoming links are natural.
    Extra: The website has sitelinks (here: http://i.imgur.com/R2BrBrd.png ) and it show categories below each URL on search engine result page (here: http://i.imgur.com/CJXVdbo.png )
    Why I'm selling this:I'm not into social media and computer related-stuff anymore.. so right now I'm planning to start "off-line" business (beekeeping hopefully)
