    Are you running your own forum? If you are running your own forum, then yes, you need daily posts in order to keep any rankings you have in search engines fresh and active. If you're talking about using forums to promote your websites, then yes, daily posts are good, but only in moderation... Don't spam your link too much, else Google or other search engines may penalise you for that.

    If you post daily then you would get daily visitors, and you would build some links too, but only post in quality and related forums with good traffic.

    Daily basis forum posting is good because you can have active as a forum user and you mark as regular visitor on forum. Otherwise, if you running a forum, you must be moderate your forum and must have daily post which create by yourself.

    Forum posting still works till this day if you do it correctly. However many forum owners are aware of many people using this method for promotional purposes. And since that is the case, you have to make sure that you are offering quality in your posts. Also, it is not recommended that you upload a signature file unless you have 15-25 post minimum.

    This is the only forum in which I post regularly. I no longer do it for "SEO" purposes, and I don't point the forum signature links to my own website. I post on this forum because I've learned a few things along the way, so I hope to be a help to others. I also have learned quite a bit through this forum, although I must admit that nowadays, compared to a few years ago, there is a lot of misinformation posted here by various posters, along with the good stuff. Be wise, my friends, and don't just jump on every post as being "good" info.
