How Long Before...?

    I have a feeling this question has already been asked, and I'm not 100% sure if I'm posting in the right place, so I apologize in advance but...

    How long does it take after getting 3 likes for you to be able to post in B/S/T section?
    Got my last like yesterday, & still can't post.

    (I've seen some say it only takes about an hour after your 3rd like to be able to post & "like" others comments) so I figured since it's been over an hour for me I'd ask.
