I have been promoting a product for past few months. It has attained a good position in SERP but not in first page. I tried all the off page optimization techniques but still struggling a lot for improving the ranking of the website. Can anyone help me regarding the same? or could anyone suggest me other techniques?
I actually don’t think that low PR is a problem, because sometimes you can find that pages with low PR are ranked high in Google. So, my observation is that PR just comes as a side effect of proper off-page strategy. And you should probably be more specific in your question, because you haven’t mentioned which off-page techniques you had actually used for your site’ promotion? But the general advice is to continue with off-page, because if you have already moved up in SERPs, then it means your off-page optimization delivered some results, and you may just go for some new techniques you haven’t used before.

Target blogs those are related to your niche products. Do blog commenting on those blogs. Make your own blog and update it regularly by unique articles.
I suggest you do a bit of social media marketing as well. Get a Facebook fan page up and share your content there; engage users and make sure you're posting interesting content so that they would like it and share it. Doing so helps increase your page's rank. Hope that helps. Have a good day!

May be there is high competition for your product and your site has low authority because of which it's not coming on the 1st page. Try to get traffic from Pinterest, Clipboard, etc. image sharing sites...

I think the keyword you are using is very high in competition, so for that you need more backlinks and littlebit change in offpage and onpage strategies.
See, there would be a little fluctuation in ranking as well, it is nature of search engines because there are lots of competitors fight with each other, due to this, ranking fluctuate. What you can do is work more than before.. as you are doing same thing, giving same amount of time every day then it won't show progress, try to check your progress weekly basis..
