Did you have Nightmare? so confused and awesome. that makes me tired after sleeping each night. Please share me SOLUTION to have good night. Thanks,
I don't really get a good night as I work shifts, so my sleep pattern is chaotic. Get drunk, maybe. Well, with regards to nightmares, deal with whatever is on your mind. I used to have bad dreams a lot. I've dealt with my problems and don't have bad dreams often now. Nightmares can be caused by stress, but if this isn't the case for you then consider how you're laying in bed - is it comfortable for you? Are you on any medication? If so, consult your doctor to see if this could be a cause (some drugs do cause such issues).
I'd suggest you stop sleeping No, seriously. Skip one night and see how it goes the night after. Remembering your dreams/nightmares is not related to how vivid, cool, violent they are but to our sleeping pattern. Use an alarm clock to wake yourself up at least 30 minutes before your regular waking up time. Try this for awhile and then go back to your usual schedule. Hope it helps
Maybe drink one warm glass of milk before you go to sleep. I heard it helps to attain a good sleep at night.
I suggest you the followings: 1- Do not take a nap during the day. 2- Try to be physically tired when you go to bed. Do some physical activities during the day, Swimming and walking are great things to do (but at least 6 hours before yo got to bed) 3- Drink a glass of warm milk. 4- Take a warm shower (it helps the better circulation of blood in your body) 5- Do not think before sleeping. I know it is impossible not to think ! but at least try to think about good things. 6- If you still see nightmare after all these steps, finally I suggest you take a 5 mg Alprozolam pill 30 minutes before you go to bed. (consult with your doctor befor trying this, but this is harmless pacifier)
hey man stop watching horror movies. that's what might be giving you nightmares, also try not to eat late at night like after 10-11pm,...and definitely don't depend on drugs to sleep.. exercise frequently that will relax your muscles, and get some time to go out, dont spend too much time on the computer unless you really have to, being in front of the screen for 8+ hours a day is gonna get you crazy. talk to people have fun eat healthy and you should see a reduction in your nightmares hope this helps
