"Sites" don't have PR, pages do. If the page your link will be residing on, it could be worth it, but you should examine the backlinks of the website. Most article directories don't have much power.
hi by site i meant the index page sorry Most article directories don't have much power by virtue of their content or by virtue of their BL's? wht if this article site has BL's like any other normal site? like from directories and reciprocal link campaigns? then its as good as other sites or it has less value because its content(articles) is duplicate and present on many other sites? thanks, srik
If it has sufficient backlinks, I say "go for it". If you can find a PR 5 permanent link for an affordable cost, you can't really go wrong. Just make sure the page you'll appear on is Cached by Google, and they don't use "Nofollow" or any tricks.
Did you mean that the inner page has PR5? Ok,I've a pr6 inner page and I've sold some permanent links for $40/each..Hope that helps
thanks lexiseek, now the question is will duplicate content like articles be cached by google or will it just cache the first instance of the particular article and disregard all others?
i mean there are article directories where u can submit articles for free.. so i don't think you should pay for it.
