Hello, I own an ad network: cpmgo.com 2 months ago I created a thread for the ad network under the Pay Per Click advertising, as this is the place where all ad networks are being discussed. Nothing seemed wrong for the time being, however today I received a post from a member that I am not allowed to discuss PTC websites (which my website has nothing do to with it) and reported my thread (I suppose) as I see that I just got an infraction and the thread was closed/is not showing anymore. This was the thread link: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...k-built-by-dp-members-daily-payments.2624642/ My belief is that a moderator, by mistake, thought this thread is about a PTC website just because someone reported it so. However it takes just seconds to read the thread to see it has nothing to do with it. CPMGO.com has nothing to do with this. We are an ad network who serve CPM, CPC and CPV ads. There were like 10+ pages of posts already. Can someone check and advise on this? Thank you Peter
When a member files a report the mods will act on it. They need to make their decisions quickly as these are very busy people. Posting here is the right course of action to take. Now staff will doubtless review and if an error has been made, it will be reversed. Good luck to you with this.
True, however you'd say they would at least read the first post in the thread, see there are 10+ pages of posts, see the thread is 2 months old, and I even have a DP ad running advertising that thread. All of this make the thread look legit in the first page. It wasn't a single post, it was a hundreds posts thread. Anyway..I will be waiting for a moderator to have a view on this.
looks like your thread is back: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...k-built-by-dp-members-daily-payments.2624642/
Right, at the very least this proves that the mods are fair, and will take the time to review decisions if deemed necessary.
Indeed, it was an unpleasant mistake which I am glad to see it's been rectified. (tho I received no word from any mod claiming the fault) Thanks
