Well, I have tested it and it is working for my site, keywords are ranking, there is good improvements in keyword ranking When you create your site, keep developing content of your site for a month, after that build some links which can send traffic.. If your site started getting traffic then start doing natural directory submission with a list of related keywords, don't focus on your only money keyword, use related keywords.. And do around 10 submission daily, 1-3 posts on site daily, and increase your activity where you can get some relevant traffic.. these three things you have to do at regular basis and it works good..
Your tips is good but not very relevant. first of create good meta tag according site keep good fresh content related to your site. Submit your site in good site not span site. target your keyword related site .
I think he is talking about strategy which is used by him meta tags are initial step which he don't like to discus here may be.
These tips are good one !!!!!!!!!!!! but now a days you should be aware of Google panda or penguin !!!!!! That's impact to much on Search Engines results !!!!!!

First of all your tip of submitting 1-3 daily post is not correct. With penguin and Panda update, site must be updated but not as you said. The frequency would depend on your niche topic and your target audience. What Google is looking for now is quality content. Suggestions: Write quality content( A site like think-traffic updates once a week but really good content)
Well, what I meant is creating content to your site, if you are building links only and there is not creating content then it is questionable.. And I haven't seen anywhere that if you post content at regular basis then it would harm you....of course, you have to write quality content, with unique ideas etc.... The more content your site would have the more authority it would look, if you post one article in one month then in one year 12 articles, and these kind of sites, less than 20 posts are targeted in any update... If you are running a website then it should have at least few hundreds posts... I also talked about creating links where you can get traffic, so that it would normalize the effect in directory submission where you get no visitor, but directory submission is needed to use different anchor text, to give signal what your site about, how it is getting popularity..
If you are keen in doing Directory submission, I would suggest you to go for niche specific directories and some quality directories even if you have a pay some bucks for it.

I agree! All the methods are working, even directory submission too if you use quality directories, select the right category, submit unique description and keyword, you would get benefit of course.

Don't submit same Keywords & Anchor text while doing Off page activities like directory submission, SBM, Article submission etc. Use variation in Keywords & anchor text. Also submit informative/Useful content for readers in Article while submitting.
