Hi i want to know that some times adsense disable and we cant fine any reason just like you can say no invalid click traffic is healthy content is fine but when we are near to get payment adsens disabled
not sure what you are actually asking but if you were banned before you got paid then you probably had a manual review. there are so many factors that can shut an account down mostly your site has an issue though were is your traffic from buying traffic from cheap sources can shut you down. Is all your content original including pictures , was this your first cash out and was it high, do you have a privacy policy may or may not matter in some cases and how were your ads placed. If i may ask what is the site and people may be able to help you understand what happened. google is very temperamental and will suspend an account for the smallest infraction but they will usually give you a chance to rectify the situation and re enstate your account but in most cases you will loos all previous earnings
now days they dont send any notification they just disable account without any notification because my 2 adsense account banned they said we send notification but when i check my inbox there is no any email from google and i read some other forums they also facing this problem
in my experience, now adsense is better because it gives you a warning first before doing banned, i have user generated content website, user submit porn on the social bookmarking site and adsense given me 3 days to fix it and i'am revoke the adsense script on that website.
looking a your site i see several reasons you may get banned mostly duplicate content and almost certain links to media fire There is a ton of things on the site that actually hit grey areas and will cause you troubles with adsense. I would suggest since the site is established as well as it is that you look for other opportunities like cpa. Remember duplicat content also includes images and mediafire has copyright issues and is frowned upon by Google in many cases. I will say Your site is well and i would not change it for google i would just find an alternative. In some cases that is correct they will give you a chance but this is not always the case for every ones user generated content is always risky with adsense thats why infractions for those in violation should be enforced fully. ensure that your rules are present and the consequences shown up front if your site is new then perhaps manually approve certain areas so that you can ensure this wont happen again and be thank full you got the chance to correct it with out loosing your revenue

do you have skype or any type of messenger service dont tear down the work you have done already just work around it if you want to only do adsense.
