    Ex. Is Justin Bieber Turning Into A Lowlife? (Featured)
    Topic Image Src: Non related - by State Library of New South Wales collection...
    Is it because the site is updated automatically?

    The site updates automatically and in case the script cannot retrieve the image from the post it will automatically try to place a related image instead. That's why sometime do not post a related image.
