If your content is unique & have majority traffic from google search engine you can apply google adsense & they won't reject your application.
What about mobile pictures and other related pictures disclaimer policy? I mean, have I updated my disclaimer page for the Mobile Phones Pictures correctly? It means I am not going to be sued for this ? My content is based on the information of Mobile Phones, their price in my Country.

Not true. I've been to the campus - it is a very, very, diverse company. They accept, and deny, all sorts of people. It would not be based on your name or religion.
they will accept i'm Muslim and my name is very Islamic and i'm with them for about 6 years no problem
When you just follow the rules of google it doesnt matter what your name, religion, country or gender is.
