Just put <hr > below the images. This will give you a horizontal line and that's pretty much all that Google asks for. Otherwise, you're on your own.

alex, you should really asked Google.

In my honest opinion, your placements are, in their words, "attempt(ing) to associate specific images with the individual ads appearing on their sites... may confuse users who assume that the image is directly related to the advertiser's offerings...".

    Trust me, they're getting stricter.

Hi Alex. Even with the horizontal line, your webpage still looks great. Nice job. You should have no worries about Google.

I'd say this is really beyond what you can expect google to tolerate, because there is really no content on the pages you showed us, other than google-ads. Your other pages are alright though, I guess.

You're welcome to use this image above your Google ad. Thanks for taking the time to check with us first.

Exactly show them your site, and ask if you can remove horizontal line or not, keep that email if there is any problem in future you can show that email to them.

Google staff sometimes confusing.... Each one have different rules...
Last month, when I asking for a review for one of my new site, google staff "A" said that my site is OK. But last week, I receive mail notification from another Google staff and said that my site against TOS. What the......
Anyway... I keep my new site and not change anything till now. The payment is still in progress although I receive warning email from Google. What a ridiculous...

Images near ads 'trick' people into thinking there is an association. While a horizontal line 'sort of' seperates them, there is still not a large difference. And seeing as how there is no actual content on those pages, I would either:

    1. Move the images further from the ads to be safe, regardless of waiting for a Google reply.

    or..

    2. Add content to the page to seperate the images and ads.

Man, i wonder if your site has like one of the highest click thru rate of any sites I have seen. There are ads everywhere, some are blended so well. So unless I am visiting your site specifically to learn and see where and how the ads are put together, I would surely click on an ads.

i've already sent an email to google, but they just replied with their "generic" email:

    The email i sent them:
    Their reply(within 20 mins.):

I mean, hey, isnt it obvious that the screenshot ive sent them has google ads on it? then why are they telling me to have it reviewed upon applying for a new AS account? it's obviously one of those automated emails again. *sighs*

What lines are you talking about? The lines he added below the images? Where does it say, in the TOS, that you are not allowed to have lines? These are to separate the images from the ads, which google has clearly stated in emails that other members have produced on this forum.

i agree. google doesnt give straight answers through email. it would be nice if they had an online support (like lunarpages.com) that us publishers could talk with them in real time. but i dnt think its possible since they have like millions of publishers
