What is the best free wordpress squeeze page plugin or theme??

Either a squeeze page theme or just a plugin that pops up a box for visitors to subscribe to when they first enter the site.
What is the best free option?

The convertions using free to get capture lead is not good.

 

WP Optins is an amzing plugin for FREE! It adds a hold load of extra editing options to the page editor and is really easy to use. It also comes with a video tutorial. I have been a user of Optimize press for a long while which is a PAID them and WP Optins is easily as good. You can have a squeeze page online in 15 mins or less!

This is nice plugin. It converts well too.
But it is paid now.

 

The version on wordpress.org is still free Harry. You only pay when you decide to upgrade.

Don't forget to add http://squeezepageengine.com to the list, BUT it's not free, but with the premium graphics and ease of content creation i'd say it's worth it!
