Having Problem With my Liberty Reserve account

I forgot my password of my lr account and I go to the page of reset password and I click SEND ME A CODE , I am getting an error message that says, "The requested operation is not available at the moment. Please contact support for assistance. Thank you for your patience".
I have contacted the support and there is no reply from there side. It has been almost 15 days I am getting the same message.
Can anyone please help me.

I've been getting the same issue with my LR account as well. I'm still looking into it but if I get any further I will post here to advise.

 

create a new account
in liberty reserve u can create as many account as u want
it is clearly stated in their website.

 

I have money in that account so i was finding a way to log in into the same account. If you know any solution please help...
