No idea but great idea. From my knowledge, a classified aggregator would gather ads from like craigslist, autotrader, BoatsForSale, etc and put them all on one site. There are a bunch of deal aggregator scripts, I wonder if they could be modified - just thinking. h
Hi, I developed one ad scrapper/aggregator that works with this classifieds software I populate it with fresh ads from CL, if you are interested please send me a pm, I will be happy to show you or anyone how it works by phone or via Skype, It still amazed on how well it works, I spent over a year developing it, it uses PHP
Im sorry, I'm not following? a recommendation? what kind of recommendation? you need to parse the rss feeds from CL, add me to your skype I will send you my id in a pm..
I made something like this about 6+ years ago. It grabbed feeds from sites like Craigslist, Trulia (real estate), and Oodle (classifieds aggregator) based on keywords I specified and outputted them with title, brief description and the image thumbnail as html. After doing a lot of research to find a ready made script like this, I didn't find much. There are a lot of RSS feed aggregator scripts out there, but most output as javascvript which isn't SEO friendly. Unfortunately, I am traveling now for awhile and I don't have access to that script. It is made with the MagpieRSS foundation http://magpierss.sourceforge.net/ and I believe I merged certain RSS feeds to get the appropriate feeds with Yahoo Pipes: http://www.kunocreative.com/blog/bid/74400/How-to-Combine-Multiple-RSS-Feeds-with-Yahoo-Pipes
I think Classified Aggregator may be a software for automation of classified submission that is not good for SEO.
Just go buy a script from CodeCanyon.net. 'Classifieds Made Easy' and their 'Oodle' plugin for it. http://codecanyon.net/item/classified-made-easy/1721599?sso?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=csgraduate
