I never thought I'd say this...

but ... I really, truly enjoy using G+.

Just a few months ago I thought I'd never join it, since I was already overloaded with social media stuff, but just the other day someone, who is running a small business himself, suggested to try it out. So I did. Wow. I keep getting real leads and a nice, steady flow of visitors from it. I've got a bunch of like-minded people in my circles and if my social connections there continue to grow like they do, G+ will become an invaluable source of traffic for me.

I was in the same situation like you. I had an account for some time but I was barely using it. A month ago, I think, I was reading about Google's Authorship Rank, so I linked my account with my blog. This was a very smart move, as I started getting traffic and people were constantly adding me in their circles, thanks to my articles.

Pretty much the same as me. I joined just for Authorship, but very quickly had made several good contacts with other webmasters and bloggers, and now find myself there more than anything/anywhere else.
