    What do you mean by auto post? If you want to have something make threads based on RSS feeds you can use the setting in the AdminCP for that. It comes default with the software. As far as something like a posting bot, I personally haven't seen anything as of yet.

    The widget framework by xfrocks (addon) also has a RSS reader, so you can show news without making them posts in the forum.
