Iam doing online business for last 2-3 years..Now i need paypal for my payments,but paypal is not in Pakistan..Can anyone tell me when they will start paypal in Pakistan?

Due to the bad financial policies of Pakistan Govt please don't expect any good news about PayPal. PayPal is very good service but only we Pakistanis are suffering due to these stupid policies!!

if you get a vpn and US paypal forget pakistan policies.
then get payoneer card, apply for US payment service number , add it to your paypal and bang withdraw from paypal to the US payment service number (3 days max) and cashout the money using your card anywhere in pakistan.

Payoneer is the best service as we all think, but there are troubles in it, if you are a Pakistani. So if anybody got a paypal account through Payoneer, please send me a message, i will tell you "something which will limit your paypal account"

 

For a usa paypal account you need a ssn (social security number) and its the same if you want the atm debt card.

Payoneer does offer an usa virtual bank account.

You can also try 2checkout.com they can allow you to accept credit card and paypal via there account.

you can't get a pp account thru payoneer.. lol

paypal only asks for ssn if you get limited for high risk stuff.
and 2checkout form asks for too many stuff i do not recommend it for ppl outside USA

Pakistan stands high on the Internet High Fraud Ratio that is main reason for PayPal to withdraw their services in spite of being having a registered domain paypal.pk specifically for Pakistan.
Local Pakistani laws
The indifferences between the PayPal organizations policies and some of the laws of Pakistani government don’t meet end to end. Neither of them agrees to take a step down and merge down as one to continue.
High raised rumor
A very popular rumor which pretends people of Pakistan to force it’s government to bend down or which can shake the PayPal office so that it can start it’s operations in the country is that people here believe that PayPal is a registered company and Israel and Pakistan cannot agree upon the Identity of Israel but in reality PayPal is a US based firm currently owned by eBay

For withdrawals PayPal offers two possibilities cheque facility and bank transfer. For the check facility the PayPal required an address not more than 35 characters which is a problem with Pakistan as people’s name itself sometimes are more than 35 characters.
