Send buyers and sellers a PM x days after the transaction/dispute/refund to ask them to share their experience?

it says there are no feedback items. This is a huge fallacy of a feedback system. Sellers can't leave any?

You can, as long as you are using the Instant Pay system.

Shawn can you please explain here in detail how the new feedback system works? Where to select the Instant Pay option etc. In most cases the buyers are not aware of how to use it. There is a minor chaos here.

When you sell something, just check the "Use Instant Pay" option. Buyers get notices and emails and such when they need to pay something Instant Pay (like when winning something).

But what happens when a buyer has posted an ad and I am just replying in conversation. After we reach an agreement I work and he pays. There is no involvement of Instant Pay option in this case. How do we leave feedback for each other?

If there is no Instant Pay, you can't leave feedback.

You are leaving majority of transactions incapable of leaving feedback because this is how the thing works on majority of occasions.

just use the bloody instant pay feature...what's wrong with you??..the itrader system was flawed with people who hadn't done business leaving false itraders, this way feedback can only be left if a transaction actually took place...or is that the real reason you don't want to use it??

How can you use the instant pay system when I am replying to the buyers ad? Rather than being rude can you explain that mate?

The point I was trying to make here is that you are leaving majority of transactions unable to leave feedback. Is that a good solution to the problem of a few fraudulent mis-users? Do you understand now MATE?

Well i think you'll find there were more than just "a few fraudulent mis-users" abusing the system... well dp admin obviously thought so...so you can either get on with it and accept because it ain't gonna change, or you can continue to waste your time moaning about it...mate

Are you commenting on behalf of DP when you say it ain't going to change? I thought it was Shawn who was doing that. And are you an expert on what the DP admin thought? Yes, I intend to get on with it if you stop answering queries you obviously have no authority or knowledge to answer....mate

I'm pretty sure shawn isn't going to undo the changes just because it doesn't fit in with your way of doing business...mate

Malky66 is a wannabe moderator chirag_nn, you are better off just ignoring anything he says and make sure you ask your question directly to shawn if you want an accurate answer.

Obviously if there is a problem, he is the only person worth speaking to about the matter.
