    Hello,

    I would like to sell my PR 3/Alexa 78,335 ranked general web directory http://findez.biz/

    Apart from the PR3 on the main page, most of the subpages including category pages have attained PR. The current Alexa rank is 78,335 and is dropping on a daily basis.

    The site has been built using the free version of PHPLD i.e. v2.2.

    Revenue is from the sale of featured links, a total of 4 have been sold at the price of $4/URL. You can increase revenue by adding banner advertisements.

    Daily traffic varies from 800-1200 visits per day (Down during the weekend). Here is screenshot showing the traffic of the present month http://findez.biz/traffic.jpg

    The bid starts at $100 with increments of $5. BIN is set to $125.

    Domain age is less than 3 months. How did you get PR3 and low alexa rank. Can you explain it? Seems fishy out here..

    Domain when bought was a dropped one, but it survived the PR update. Not only that, most of the sub pages (including category pages) got PR. I have been building links to the domain.

    As for the Alexa rank, you could see the screenshot, it gets good traffic.

    Featured link sale : Two more links were sold today bring the count to 6. Total revenue from featured link sale is 6x4= $24
