Hi! Its good to see your filehost in constant evolution, but some of the new features needs to be revised. 1. Since sharefiles started to show the rar archive info, there are layout bugs when this rar has many files inside. Image: 2. Comments in the download page can be cool, but can be a space for other people add mirror for the same file from another host or make spam. 3. What about the original uploader when someone use the "add this file to my account" tool? There's no percentage of the imported files? 4. Video files. Counts as downloads when this is only streamed with the new movie player that appeared in download page? The original file is converted or has his quality downgraded? MKV 720p videos that I've uploaded are showing a lower video info (640x480)... ¬¬'
Hey fabifilho, 1) I will see if I can fix this layout issue ASAP. Edit: Fixed it by putting commas after each file instead of a new line. 2) I have configured the Disqus plugin to not auto-approve comments that contain links, so when I see a mirror on the comment I decline that comment. 3) There is no percentage currently, but that's a good idea. 4) Video files that are streamed getting counted when the user' Media Player download all the video. The streaming video should show the original quality of the file, but I guess the video details are bugged or something, I will check it. Edit: Okay the problem is fixed but the real video information will only work on newly uploaded videos.
s2.sharefiles.co:182 seems to be offline. Good, but the player is no appearing with this old video. There is a black line that disapear in some seconds when the download page is accessed, and the video info now shows a lowest resolution than before (400x300). Is realy necessary a movie player in the download page? The people will not buy premium if they can see by streaming...
Well, we also look for traffic (advertising money), not only Premiums I'm still fixing the video size issue, I believe it will be okay in a few minutes..
Hi! Since yesterday, downloaders are reporting a strange bug... some downloaded videos are being his file extension changed to $ext when downloaded using JDownloader... Can you check? Videos with mkv container and x264 or h264 codecs aren't streaming. Why you don't remove the player for the unsupported format? Remembering that some avi files uses h264 encoding...
Hey fabifilho, That bug with JDownloader should not happen now. The player shouldn't appear on unsupported formats, I need to see an example of a file that not being played, it could be that the user that trying to play that video is missing codecs on his computer.. By the way, I saw that you requested a payment few days ago, I have emailed you twice and didn't get any response. Anyway, if you want to get paid, you need to choose a payment method on your "My account" page.. I can't choose it for you.. http://sharefiles.co/?op=my_account
Since I had registered, I've chosen paypal, but i'm saving this setting again. Thanks for the good support!
hi there I choose payoneer as withrawing method, should i put my payoneer email on my payment info ? Thanks
