    Yes, you can get traffic from Social Media Marketing. Participate in networking sites, make fan page, share stuffs to related groups, people and pages.Now networking is vastly use for traffic.

    Yes you can. try using the Big3; Faceboo, Twitter and Linkedin. And Google+ is a big help also. Just be kind and friendly enough for every user to recognize your existence in that particular networking site.

    No one's mentioned it yet but why don't you try Fiverr? Just go for the ones with lots of reviews if you're the skeptical type.

    This one basically posts discussions on Linkedin groups (50 groups at once using one Linkedin account) by harnessing data from an xl sheet that would have the content (header, topic URL etc.) you want to post.

    Doesn't need installation - just click start the tool and the messages start getting posted. I'm offering this for $300 along with a 2nd tool that allows you to add specific groups to your account (recommended if you're making bulk postings). Let me know.
