I actually was amused by your usage of the English language, and the screenshots and (some of the) criticisms you provided were actually noted by people in the office here. You simply go overboard. Not everyone has the standards you develop by. For some, an extra couple of k of javascript or a sheet or two extra of css aren't that disturbing.
