Many sites get affected after Google panda and penguin update. I would recommend you to please get quality back links to your site. Research competitor back links. Consider following steps:

1. Try to find out competitors back links
2. How you can find that who is your competitor (check this :https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&tbo=1&q=related:www.ipfonline.com/+http://www.ipfonline.com/&sa=X&ei=ahcfUZ2AB8jVrQfB1oGgAw&ved=0CDsQHzAA&biw=1360&bih=643)

3. Now you have list of competitors
4. Best tool to check back links of your competitors
1. Ahrefs site explorer
2. SEO Spyglass
3. Majestic SEO Site Explorer

5. Analyse competitor back links and get back links from that sources.

Nice question and i have a tricky answer to resolve your issue. It is not possible to find particular keywords back links using Google search operator but i have alternate for the same.

1. Google for targeted keyword like "How to earn money online"
2. list out your competitor
3. use ahrefs tool to find out competitor backlinks
4. in ahrefs there is one option (Link Anchor) where you get info related to targeted keyword backlinks

As your site deals with industry and technology, I think first of all you should brainstorm and come up with a list of related keywords and key phrases you can find potential partners by, and then just simply go through search in Google Groups, forums, blogs, communities etc. to find relevant backlink partners.

However, finding competitor’s backlinks is a more powerful technique, in a sense that you reveal backlinks which have already helped competitors to rank well. You can use SEO SpyGlass or any other reliable tool of this kind. To me this is especially helpful if the tool distinguishes between backlinks coming from blogs and forums, social media sites etc., so you can have a separate spreadsheet for each backlink source.

And once you learned the sources for backlinks, just move to SEO techniques, for instance guest blogging on niche relevant blogs with high PR; submitting a few articles to directories (Ezine, Squidoo, Hubpages…); doing proper social media marketing and getting links via social media platforms. I think these three are rather effective techniques to start building a backlink profile with.

As James said, best way to get relevant back links is competitor link analysis. But site is new so you should start with getting some backlinks from web 2.0 websites by posting quality contents over there.

 

Choose high PR forums which are relevant to your website theme and submit your link in those forums. This will help you in building relevant backlinks.
