My Goal: Make 1 Sale Per Day.

Discussion in 'General Marketing' started by seotube, Feb 15, 2013.

    Hi
I started with affiliate marketing some months ago and I made a little amount of money. My goal for now is to make 1 sale per day. It's a small and achievable goal. You know, I hear some people who think they canmade $1000 in their first week with internet marketing and that seems crazy to me. This type of people will not make even a cent from internet marketing. The key is to set small goals and stick to them until they become true. What do you think?

I agree with you. It is hard for all that on the start make $1000 so everyone should make some smaller goals that they really can achieved. You will lose focus and you won't do anything if you think that you can make $1000 per week on the start. Nice post, totally true :)

This is an excellent goal. I like it. I have to agree some people are thinking an unbelievable amount and the only thing that happens then is they become disappointed when it doesn't happen. When you start online you must be realistic.

It's very good that you set a reachable goal for the beginning. Small goals will motivate you and at some point you may reach $1000 per week ;)

Having small attainable goals and trying to be accountable for them is way better than having some huge goals you'll never reach. With some good work and effort I am sure you can get to a sale per day and more from there. Keep us posted and best of luck ;)

I have been quite successful with affiliate marketing and started small.
I built my first site, targeting a specific niche and added good content that was unique and not spun. Within 2 days of launching this first site I had over 3000 words of articles.

From this first site I am now making 1 sale a day and this has been running now for over a year. Now I have 11 affiliate sites running and will continue to build more. Now whenever I build a new site I have 10 categories and write at least one 500 word article for each for each category. This is all done before launching a new website.

    1. Never launch a new site without good quality content.
    2. Create a site map.
    3. Submit site to Google webmasters.
    4. Install Google Analytics.
    5. Use Google Plus.
    6. Build a Squidoo Lens with links.
    7. Use Youtube to promote.

    Hope all this helps.

Yes, but what is your PLAN?!

Many people have goals, but a goal without a plan is a wish.

Make sure you have clear, defined schedules, tasks, and things you're actually DOING in order to achieve your goal.

Otherwise you're a cheetah waiting for a gazelle to hop in your arms - you'll starve to death that way!

So here's my question for your 1-sale-a-day goal - what are you going to do today, tomorrow, next week, next month and this year to achieve it?!

That is the way to start...then 2...3...et cetera.

People get discouraged when they miss their goals, so setting small ones and then achieving them is the way to go.

You are on the right track. Slow and Steady WINS the race.

I think you got the right idea. It is best to set small goals that you can make and then higher goals once your first one is complete.

I think small goals that are achievable are the best way to go when first starting in this business.
