A problem your side. I can see the file is there, but the webserver is returning a soft 404 anyway. By soft 404, I mean the header shows 200, but the page content is for a 404 and not the verification text.

For DNS, it's probably just propagation and will work within 48 hours.

    When did you add it?

As the HTML file is giving a soft 404, what's to say that DNS isn't broken with your host, too?

The DNS looks okay... One thing I would check is if that's the right DNS server though. Like you could host a domain on a server, but if it's not designated as the authoritative name server for the domain, it wouldn't matter.

IP address I'm getting is 91.196.125.137.

I think that explains it. If you've been recently making DNS changes, you need to wait.

There's a long, technical answer and a short one. The short answer is this is just the nature of DNS. Live with it.

I'd add: those few minutes won't be for everyone. It's typically going to be a matter of hours.

The IP for your A records is different, according to that screen shot.

So stop making DNS changes and be patient. (I don't mean to sound rude, but if you read up on DNS you'll understand why patience is required.)
