The best way to create unique template design so, you will not get any copyright issue in future.

There should be a readme file associated with the template. Do take into consideration that they do not give free web templates for a charity but to increase their page links. I think a link or two should be compulsory and not allowed to be removed, in most cases.

Since they own the copyright to the design, they can sue you if you remove their name. Will they? No one can tell you that. But removing it is a copyright violation unless something in the package gives you the right to remove it.

You can remove the Template by Template Monster link in the footer, if you want too. I do it all the time. Template Monster tracks what website URLs their themes are used on. So you cannot go using the same Template Monster theme or even free templates provided by Template Monster on multiple domains unless you have purchased the new Developer's license for any particular theme brought from Template Monster.

My opinion about using one template on the multiple domains. Of Course i do it, and I will do it. If I bought one template and want to create another website by using of that template what I bought I just change the design of the second website, and at all. How does TemplateMonster know about how many times I use his template?

You can use a theme on multiple domains if you purchase the Buyout License from Template Monster. At one point in time, Template Monster did have the Developer's License were you would have a non-exclusive non-transferable permission use any theme purchased on 5 domains but it seems they have removed this specific offer from their site. They know how many times you've download the associated .zip files for any particular theme you purchase from them. Template Monster tracks your site url where the theme is installed. Template Monster won't disclose exactly how they track the specific domain their themes are installed on.
