In such a way it can not be traced anymore to the creator
Also it must have a unique layout and design and color-scheme a well as be totally unique in text and options from the original

You need to speak good English for communication purposes
You need to bring your own suggestions and expertise to the table
You need to have developed at least 1 premium wordpress theme ( we will verify this )

One week timeline with daily updates on skype
Developed on localhost is ok as long as it is syncronized with our test server.
