Do You Like New Digital Point?

I am a little frazzled by the new Marketplace, and the way it doesn't seem to allow you to offer services without setting a price that can be purchased through the thread itself. Otherwise, yes, I very much like the upgrade.

 

I like the new version appearance,
but I am confused by having to possess 3 likes using the marketplace
with the new look I had to learn and not too late to learn new rules

 

It is just to make sure you are posting to the rest of the board and gaining a presence, to reduce the scammers and spammers that would go directly to the Marketplace. Keep posting, and you will get the likes you need.

vBulletin is losing their customers! Some big boards like DP has moved to Xenforo .

Agree with you.. I've gained my presence after this new DP rule applied, and this makes me knew that DP has many great threads with lots of useful and helpful information.. I should be here sooner if I knew it before..

 

There is no need to make this change. Now, there is no way to list your thread on the marketplace unless you pay for the membership. Why didn't DP charge a listing fee for the website marketplace?

I don't understand what it is saying. What do you mean by posting and getting likes? How to post? Where?

 

Today is actually my first time here in years. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much better it looks. I'm sure, however, you've had many upgrades since then ( maybe 3 years ago ), but I really like the site today. Much more professional than I remember. =)

First time I have logged in for a while. I am glad to see the place made the switch to Xenforo. A lot of work has been put into this place, and it seems a bit stupid that people are complaining about it when they have a platform to communicate on for free.

I like foruming and among the forums Digitalpoint Forum is the best.
And yes new digitalpoint is better than previous.

 

Yes I am enjoying it. It looks a lot more clean and modern. Only thing I don't like is the 3 likes to post in the marketplace haha. I'll end up enjoying it once I get 3 likes though I think.

 

I am also new here and did not checked its old view but its looking beautiful and easy to use.
