The things that I would recommend fixing: Your post titles are smaller than the headings you use in posts so it is kinda making it hard to discern whether it is a new post or a separate part of the post. I understand that each post is not going to always be the same length but if you are using excerpts then make them the same length to be consistent. Your logo looks like it could use some more work on it. I would use one font for all the words and remove the blue background behind the word financial.

I seen your site it interesting and contents are unique, but i can't find any related image on the post. i trust the image plays some good role to bring some traffic.
You can do internal link building within your site (divert your traffic to your site itself)

I never came across a Financial Blog that would make me stay on it for longer then it's necessary. Your blog isn't exception from that. Try to change the background. So far you have light grey background mixed with white background of the main content area. That doesn't look good. Try to find some contrast with different colors. I know that your blog should focus on good, unique content (which you have) but many people will be willing to stay longer or visit your site again if it will have a nice graphic design. There are many free templates you can use, all you have to do is find one you like the most and put it on.

I want to ask why you choose so frikin long domain name and why you put that piece of s... of visitor pluggin (show from where are people coming)?
You don't need such counter, what you need is wordpress with a beautiful theme, are plenty free online and easy to install. You want to get rich? If so write about forex and insurance and put adsense than (inspire yourself from wikipedia and build new articles with self opinion or ask other take reviews)

Thanks for the critic. Yes the domain name was too long.. I made it more specifically for my countrymen & for search engines to know that it is for my country...

For the visitor plugin, yes! I already removed it & made my site run a bit faster in loading..
