Selling Pr1 3.5k Uniques, 220 Google Keywords, Earning 7yrs Old Holiday Niche

With this site everything is going up - Search rankings, indexed pages, backlinks, traffic....all on the up!
I dont want to sell this as the traffic is increasing very quickly, but I have been offered and investment I can't pass up.

The site is WordPress, running a custom Yahoo Answers plugin so content is taken care of. I designed it around a property theme so users will be able to search for what they need in a holiday apartment (I have added some rewritten holiday apartments on the home page, these could be replaced with affiliate products for a massive boost in earnings)

I will move the site to the new owners server, but they will have to be patient as I have as much work on than I can handle with client webdesign and the new investment, so please be aware it could be a couple of days before I can do it. Files and domain will be sorted out immediately after payment but if I need to transfer it will be 48hrs.
