Hi, well since I never promoted the website I didnt made any testimonials for clients to use as examples, yes you can buy one for the website itself for $5 on fiverr, but this is optional for the buyer of the website.

You can use only one supplier if you want one that has many good ratings and reviews, but for example if a client wants a male or female video testimonial you have to switch the supplier according to that. It's not a big deal really.
