Bug Domain Ownership Verification

    The following error occurred:
    Domain ownership verification failed.
You can find instructions to verify ownership of repossessedhouses.org over here.

I click the 'here' link and then click the link to test if ownership is working and it brings me to the proper page etc. It seems to not be working correctly, or like it used to. Too many security checks :/

What is the verification URL it gives you?

What do you mean? It looks like you posted it right there.

It looks like you might have some DNS issues... it's resolving to different IPs. For example from my computer, the domain IP resolves to 174.120.190.58 (which has the verification file on that server). Other locations (including the server trying to do the verification), it resolves to 199.59.58.194, which doesn't have the verification file.

Actually, I verified one of my domain ownership and it worked good! But, one suggestion is the text near the domain name still displayed something like "Domain not verified" even after I added the verification CNAME records. It would be good if this automatically changes something like "Domain verified successfully" once I finish adding it. I am not sure if this is an easy task but the interactive response will be good :)

This one? It shows as domain verified. The PR is fake though. To get PR, you need backlinks. Use any back link checker and you won't find anything to account for PR7 (zero or one backlinks, in fact).

Not now. As soon as I create the thread in the market place.

It's probably the one hour update. You should be honest and put a statement that the PR will be lost at the next update.

That's not the exact one that was given. The forum linked me to a redirected link to post, but they look similar. Kind of confusing.

    Thanks.
