You shouldn't need a new game plan if you were doing things the right way from the start. A lot of SEO professionals will just simply keep doing what they are doing, because it follows the policies set by Google and they won't need to adjust anything.

Poor quality blog has low quality articles(not unique,not a useful topic).It linked with other poor quality blogs,not mobile friendly,local target ignored, keywords not researched well,etc.
