I think in any time exercise is good but morning is and first veining are best for it. I want to tell you that your getup from sleeping is one kind of exercise try it.
Most people say that morning is the best time for exercise.But many doctors are said that when you do exercise your stomach will be empty or have light food.
It is just as effective at anytime of the day. Best to exercise at the time in the day when you feel you have the most energy as you are more likely to put more effort in and stick with it! (for me it is usually in the night) But keeping moderately active throughout the day is good for your resting metabolism and try a quick 5 minute warm up routine when you wake; some stretches ect to kick start your day. Also add some natural energy foods to your diet such as; whole grains, fruits, coffee, green tea ect. You will find you have a better workout
I have to disagree that morning exercise is better (at least for me). Morning exercise for me kept me in shape, but I got better results in the evening. One thing is that I can work harder in the evening because I can rest versus having to function throughout the day.
I think it depends. If I want to run or take a walk, doing it in the morning makes me feel better, more energized for the rest of the day. But if it is strength training that is on the plate, I like to do it in the evening, cause I get so gassed and tired from the activity that I only feel like sleeping a few hours after I am done, lol.
Generally it is depend upon each & every person.But normally Morning is the best time for exercise, As fresh morning air is good for health.
As per Yahoo's Article indicated, better exercise in the morning without having food intake first. Studies said that you can more calories without having food intake before exercising.
Time of exercise has no bearing on how effective it is. Instead, focus on your form and diet and exercise when you've got the time.
I believe that the best time to exercise is early in the morning. However, I also do a bit of exercise in the evening but sometimes I skip when I'm very tired.
