The color combination is not good. Can do better. Please check colorschemedesigner.com (not spam, just a very nice tool I've been using for awhile now)
Your title and description tags are the same. Use those spots wisely, are your biggest advertising spots
Use H tags, will make your site easier to index
Don't you have a robots.txt file yet?
Add a favicon... doesn't really help with SEO but looks really cool
Needless to say, get more backlinks

Thanks for the suggestion, just quick question regards to the review,, does the orange look good at all or shall i change it to something light?

 

I'd go for something lighter. Don't forget it's a Forum after all and people are supposed to stay there for a long time while they read.
Make it easier for the eyes.

add images were todion? on main page or on posts?
