As I mentioned to you before your account was enabled but not verified, and we are asking you to complete this verification process. Ben from our approval department is asking you to provide us details with your associated to your digital point account, this could be just a screenshot of your account showing your name.
i already sent my id 2x why the hell they want my dp account screenshot? i get like 3 emails a day from payoneer, every email asks for the same stuff one is to take a screenshot of my old paypal (which i already told 10000x i closed it last month) this is just ridiculos.. just close the damn ticket i dont want a new us payment number anymore i will just open a new bank account to recieve that money from my new paypal

Your Payoneer card is active but your US Payment Service is not verified. In order to verify it you need to complete this process.
We simply need to verify that the payments being received via the US Payment Service meet with our regulations. Part of this requires that we confirm you are the owner of such payment methods. As you mentioned that you are receiving payments for a service you advertise via a post on DP, we need to confirm that the account indeed belongs to you (that you have access to it). You can also provide a proof in the forum of a website/business that you own, a profile on a freelancing site, etc. I hope that this was able to explain to you why we are asking this information, and if you have any additional questions please let me know.
Ok now i understand and just sent the screenshot, if the chat support had told me that i would understand. but why you didnt confirm this when i first opened my account last year? because i recieved money using my US Payment Service already..
As we continue to improve and develop the service, the regulations and policies have been updated as well. Payoneer is a fully regulated US company, and so we may require certain details related to specific services. For all accounts with an active US Payment Service that have not completed the required verification in the past, it must be completed now. You can view any fee associated with your Payoneer card by logging in to your "My Account" page under "General Information" you will see the "Pricing and Fees" option.
I need to know how to withdraw the balance in Payoneer card using bank wire transfer (I'm in Sri Lanka), and the fees. Please let me know.
We currently do not support sending funds from the card to your bank. You can withdraw money from the card anywhere debit MasterCard is accepted: in stores, online and ATMs.
