Additional Revenue Details
I have not included blamads profit due to the fact that it was min. only $300+ (view attch.) NOTE that account will come with the sale of the site and the remaining funds in it.
The Revenue I did include was from google adsense.
The drop of income is due to a site redesign which took the bulk of aug. I was looking to lower bounce rate which has happen up to 25%.
I also was busy do to other projects and work so the seo was at a min. of 10hrs. a month.

IMPORTANT
The site is at sand still as I have not done any work on it in the past month or so, due to lack of time. This site can still be a very big earn if continuous SEO is applied to the site. This site was up for sale on flippa but is no longer as deal after deal fell through with Non Serious Buyers. I know the site is not what it once was, I must sell as its slowly dieing as Im not taking care of it. This means a good deal for you. I'm not asking the moon for the site I just would like to get a fraction of what it is worth to see it live on.

NOTE: I used commas when entering my UV's/PV I thought the DP system would see this - Also I entered the amount the site has earned this month not my 3/6 average I thought DP would use my adsense to give you that Information. So use the charts to get this info. I'm just getting used to the new layout of DP, which is very nice by the way.

look your traffic getting lower, why that happen

 

The traffic is getting lower due to the fact that I have not been maintaining the sites SEO needs due to time restrictions. I have not done any type of SEO in 2 months or so and when I did in Oct./Nov. as you can see the Income was starting to grow again. With a niche as popular as minecraft you need to do routine SEO to maintain the top SERPs.

I think its more then reasonable due to the fact you re getting a real business with 13k client list with names and email as well as the Income the is being generated. You and your family only visits this site or what? How come it has only 6 unique views per month and ur analytics showing around 600.

 

If you would have taking the time to read the thread you would have notice I stated that this was the first time posting a site up for sale on the new DP system and it was a typo on my part.

 

I'd love to take the site off your hands, but looking at the profits vs expenses I wouldn't be able to make my money back in a year with the shape that the site is in now. I'll wait around for a bigger discount and a lower starting bid.

Does the domain name have a CrowdFlower & Virool Wall account that you could also transfer along with domain name at time of purchase? Does not need to have a current script though, just so you know!
