    Bad communication. Tried speaking to artist on skype and he didn't want to do the job until he saw my "full website" up first.

    That's not normal. Most people get the logo developed BEFORE the website. You didn't even want to create the logo without seeing the web design. That's not normal, that's terrible service and shows lack of skill.

    I had him design something before and the work I received was excellent. Don't assume unless you got a finished product.

    I'm not assuming anything. I'm saying, for a LOGO artist to not want to do a logo if he can't see your main website, is not good service and is not a quality of a good designer.
