    I guess you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

    - Domain is only 3 years old instead of your claimed 10 years
    - It has PR0 instead of your claimed PR5 and it has no backlinks so there is no way it ever was PR5 website.

    Since you have lied about two out of three statements then I can be absolutely sure that 10k his is either hits from bots or just a number you like.

    Ledlauis: I noticed that you have given the references of mcjonline.com in many threads. I am sorry to say but it appraisals are just jerks.

    I appraised: Gym.com and is show the value of $240

    Gmail.com for only $1.1 million

    and many others.

    So I would request you present the status of a site that sound legit.

    As far as I am concerned mcjonline gives valuation based on traffic estimates not the value of the kw in domain name.

    I guess you are not aware thatn there is no such thing as domain name gmail.com because all traffic is redirected to mail.google.com or accounts.google.com so there is nothing going on under gmail.com. Of course there is traffic but there are zero real page views because traffic is being redirected.

    About gym.com. Since there are no traffic to gym.com either then there is no "traffic value". Of course this domain name is worth a lot since it is a keyword domain but this tool can't determine that or at least fails at this department.

    So if someone asks to valuate domain name such as no-keyword-here-whatsoever.com or i-made-5-spelling-mistakes-when-registered.com then you can just say that these domain names suck or give at least some hope to the owner of this domain by providing at least some valuation.
    When domain name is goodkeyword.com (haven't seen any here on DP for ages) then I research it via keyword tool, backlinks checker (mcjonline is one of them) etc and give valuation based on that.

    Automated tools are not accurate but if you are checking backlinks, number of indexed pages, tweets, facebook likes for all your competitors why no to check it via one such tool. I am not saying that mcjonline is the only tool out there but I use it the most.
